NuBuro Return Policy
Nuburo is committed to upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction. We strive to provide the highest quality furniture for our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your furniture, NuBuro will allow most returns within 21 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, the furniture must be unassembled, kept in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. Assembled furniture cannot be returned, even if it is dissembled afterward. All returns must be authorized by a customer service representative before shipping the item back. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 days of receipt of returned product.
Customers may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for any associated shipping costs to return the product to our distribution center. Refunds will be processed to the original credit card used for the purchase. For further assistance or questions, please contact our customer service team at nuburo@customerservice.com.
For damaged products that are not the fault of the customer, or errors which are NuBuro’s fault, NuBuro will offer a full refund at no expense to the customer.
