NuBuro Shipping Policy
Unless otherwise indicated, Nuburo offers free shipping to all metropolitan and most rural areas within Canada for orders over $100.
In certain situations, additional charges may be incurred. These include, but are not limited to, deliveries up a flight of stairs or deliveries with difficult accessibility. Customers will be responsible for shipping surcharges that are a result of their own errors such as providing the wrong address. Weekend or evening deliveries may be subject to additional charges. Most carriers will attempt a delivery once. If the customer is not present to receive the delivery, the customer may be required to pick up at the carrier’s distribution center at their own expense
