NuBuro Limited Lifetime Warranty

NuBuro warranties its products to be free of manufacturing defects for the expected life of all its products with the specific exceptions noted below. This warranty is void if the product is not used for its intended purpose, is used for rental purposes, is left in an unsuitable environment (including outdoors), is modified, altered, damaged by accident, or not assembled according to instructions. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
The warranty commences on the date of purchase and is not transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required.
NuBuro may at its discretion replace the product or replace components of the product.

Exceptions to Lifetime Coverage

Seating
NuBuro provides a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects on all general seating based upon the user not weighing more than 275 lbs. (not more than 400 lbs. for Big & Tall Seating), and the chair not being used more than an average of 8 hours/day 5days/week. The following exceptions apply to individual components:
• Upholstery: 3 years
• Foam: 3 years
• Casters: 10 years
• Chair base: 10 years
• Pneumatic cylinders: 8 years
• Control Mechanisms: 6 years
• Arm pads: 5 years
• External Wooden components (arms/legs): 2 years
• Wooden components within the seat structure: 10 years

Desks & Storage
• Laminate surfaces: 12 years
• Slides and other metal components: 10 years
• Motors and electrical components: 5 years.

Floormats
• Plastic floormats: 1 year
• Glass floormats: 3 years

Monitor arms
• 5 years
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE REMEDY FOR PRODUCT DEFECT AND NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY IS PROVIDED. NuBuro shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or other damages
